Delete your Sportizz account

App: Sportizz (com.sportizz.app) by [Developer name as shown on Google Play / App Store]

Delete in the app

Open the Sportizz app and sign in.
Tap Profile in the bottom tab bar.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Tap Delete to confirm.

This works for both player and organizer accounts. You are signed out once the account is deleted.

Can't use the app?

Email Charushatech@gmail.com from any address with the subject "Delete my Sportizz account" and include the mobile number registered with Sportizz. We will verify the request (for example with a one-time code sent to that number) and delete the account within [number] days. You will get an email confirming the deletion.

What is deleted

Your account: name, mobile number, password and login sessions.
Your player or organizer profile, favourite sports and bank/payout details.
Device identifiers and push-notification tokens.
[Any other data deleted, e.g. team memberships and upcoming registrations.]

What is kept, and for how long

Payment and booking transaction records, kept for [retention period, e.g. 8 years] where required by tax and accounting law.
Results of tournaments you already played (scores, fixtures, rankings) may stay visible to the organizer and other participants [with your name removed / as "Deleted player" — choose one].

Deletion cannot be undone. To use Sportizz again you will need to create a new account.
